Regardless of springs or QL and even with lifts, the approximate limit in tire size is about 32" in diameter. Anything larger (which some folks want to do with a lift on a spring suspension) may require physical body modification and/or spacers. And yea, you also have to upsize your spare to the same diameter if you have 4x4.
